What do we want from you?

As a representative body we need help from those we represent.

This takes many forms but it can be summed up as - we need you to be involved!

NUPSA has to be informed about issues you may have, so that these can be raised with the appropriate divisions of the University.

So if you have concerns or questions (even informal ones) then we would like you to let us know – so we can either develop some form of response or at the very least include them in our thinking when we are asked to talk about 'student needs and issues'.We would also like you to contribute something - either formally through participation as a member of the executive, or more informally through contributing an article to the newsletter.

Get in contact with us. If you can’t catch up with a member of the executive our tireless office administrator will be able to help you.

In closing we would like to make a final observation: It is often said that postgraduate study is an isolated or lonely activity; and to some degree we would support this. But we would also like to put a different spin on this and say that while postgraduate study is often an individual activity we are also members of a community. NUPSA is your point of access into, and means of making a contribution, to that community.
